Community Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Membership in The Space is available only to individuals aged 18 or older.
By creating an account, each member confirms having the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Membership and Access

Access to The Space is free for all members.
Joining the Community does not require any subscription or recurring payment.

Courses

Separate online courses may be offered through this platform.
Some courses are paid, but each paid course requires a one-time purchase only.
No subscription model is used for courses.

Refund conditions for paid courses are described during the checkout process for each specific course.

The Webonaut may update or modify available features, course offerings, or access options at any time, with reasonable notice when relevant.

Member Conduct

Members are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly within the Community.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Posting illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

• Harassment, impersonation, or targeted attacks on others.

• Spamming or excessive self-promotion.

• Sharing pirated, fraudulent, or harmful materials.

• Uploading files containing malware or malicious code.

All members must comply with the Community Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms.

Content Ownership and Use

Member Content

All rights to original content posted by members remain with the creator.
By sharing content in The Space, members grant The Webonaut a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within The Space and in related promotional contexts (such as community highlights).

Members may delete their content at any time, although backups may retain residual copies for a limited period.

The Webonaut Content

All materials, branding, website design, and visual assets of The Space remain the intellectual property of The Webonaut and are protected by copyright law.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Data Storage and Privacy

Personal and community data are hosted securely on servers managed by The Webonaut, with some assets (including images, media, and files) stored and distributed through Bunny.net, a GDPR-compliant partner.

Data handling practices follow the Privacy Policy and applicable French and European data protection laws.

Messaging and Interactions

Members are solely responsible for their communications within The Space.
Private messages are treated as confidential unless reported for moderation review.
The Webonaut may review messages only in cases of suspected rule violations or legal obligations.

Moderation and Termination

The Webonaut reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate membership if Terms or Community Rules are violated.
Severe or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban without refund.
Inactive or duplicate accounts may be closed after prior notice.

Disclaimers

The Space is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted access or performance.
The Webonaut is not responsible for user-generated content or for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Community.

Updates to These Terms

The Webonaut may revise these Terms at any time.
Significant updates will be announced via email or inside the Community.
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
